So. A bio is well in order, I think. I don’t recall having one for a good two years on this damn site of mine. In case you missed it, my name is Stephanie Payne. I do have several dozen nicknames that various people call me by, but ultimately they are irrelevant, so I won’t bother you with them. If my full name seems to formal, just call me Steph or Steffi.
I live in country New South Wales in Australia (you know? The state that holds Sydney.) . I was born on the 12th of January in 1991, making me eighteen years of age at the time of writing this. I’ve been computer literate for pretty much forever. I love to read and consequently I started writing (or well, writing for a hobby) a few years ago now. I’ve been text based roleplaying since I was 12 and I’m now somewhat obsessive about it.
I love Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, The Mists of Avalon, Mythology and fairytales. Buffy: the vampire slayer, Anita Blake: Vampire Hunter, Meredith Gentry, Stargate SG-1 and lots of other things, mostly of the Sci-Fi and fantasy genres. I also enjoy Ancient History and Anthropology.
I’ve been making graphics since 2005 and I’m pretty good at it, if I do say so myself. I love making icons most of all, for some reason. Even if I used to hate them (I wasn’t terribly fond of space constrictions back in ‘05).
I have a sister called Lily. I’m nearly a decade older than her, but I love her most of the time and would protect her from anything, as well a sister should. I have a rabbit named Anyanka, cats named: Ginger, Snuffles, Shadow, Star, Simba II, Celeborn, Itty Bitty, two rats BB and Ratical, assorted gold and black moor fish and two dogs: Arwen and Aubrey.
I also take photos and like to ramble aimlessly.
Oh, and also probably one of the least important, yet oddly deciding factors in how I think. I’m a Pagan Witch (and no, I’m not a Wiccan, but I used to be for a while).
My late Grandfather, John James Payne also deserves a mention, because he was my heart. I miss him. I love him. All my work is for him. May he rest in peace.
